Michael Rock returned to Australia at the beginning of April after a month at home to continue with his training and schooling at the GB Swimming, Offshore Centre on the Gold Coast of Australia.
He has recently taken part in the Australian Swimming, 2005 Fisher & Paykel Age Championships at the Challenge Stadium in Brisbane.
Michael, although on his way back from a long term shoulder injury which has put him out of full-time training for a while, took part in the 100m & 200m butterfly events.

Michael is now looking forward to coming back to England in August to compete in the A.S.A. National Youth Championships & Commonwealth Games Trials, which will be held in Sheffield.
