LIVERPOOL AQUATICS CENTRE

LIVERPOOL AQUATICS CENTRE opened on 15th March 2008. The facility is state of the art and has two pools.
An 8-lane 50m pool can be transformed into 2x25m pools with a moveable boom.  The 50m pool also has a moveable floor
to enable the pool to be used for anything from beginner's lessons to high performance national competitions and
championships.
The second pool is a 4-lane 20m pool which can be used for public swimming, lessons or as a warm up and swim
down facility for competitions. This pool also has a moveable floor to vary the depth.
